CJ's Construction & Home Repair is a family-owned and operated business right here in Southeast Texas.

After years of family and friends asking CJ for help with their own home projects, we decided to open up our business to help our whole community. For over six years, we have run our business on a few simple rules: do great work, be completely honest about prices, and always show up when we say we will. We know it can be stressful to hire a contractor, and we believe you deserve peace of mind when someone is working on your house. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we focus on only one job at a time so your project gets our full attention until it is completely done and working perfectly.

 Charles (CJ) | Estimator & Builder:

CJ is the hands-on expert who comes out to look at your space and does the building. He has spent his entire career in heavy construction work, from master carpentry to precision welding and operating big machinery. He knows exactly how homes are put together from the ground up, making him an expert at tracking down hidden structural rot and fixing it so it never comes back. 

Ashley | Office Manager:

Ashley runs the day-to-day business behind the scenes. From your first phone call or website request, she handles our scheduling, planning, and paperwork. She makes sure everything runs smoothly, stays organized, and that you always get clear, friendly answers to your questions from day one.

Our simple 4-Step process:

We keep our workflow straightforward so there are never any surprises or hidden fees.

1. Quick online Planning: You fill out our simple Estimate Request form on our website so we can understand your goals and look at any pictures you upload before we chat.

2. On-site Visit: CJ comes directly to your home to look at the project in person, take precise measurements, and chat with you about exactly what you want.

3. Clear Written Estimate: We write up a detailed breakdown of the work, the materials needed, and an accurate price, and email it right to your preferred inbox. No spam emails or newsletters.

4. A Solid Agreement: Once you approve the estimate, we sign a straightforward agreement and secure a deposit to lock you in on our schedule. Then, we get to work!
